This App is called icar connect and you wouldn't believe the press release that accompanied its release.
While it makes some pretty bold claims , it is actually pretty useful while using the phones music features. I wouldn't use it for texting under any circumstances while driving though and I'm pretty surprised they are even allowed to refer to making texting easy while driving.

Because of this, many of the icons and keys are presented in an extra large format so you can easily tap them without having to take your eyes off of the road for too long. iCarConnect uses a very generic visual interface which, while not the prettiest thing ever to grace your iPhone, does definitely serve its purpose of being easy to use.
